Mr. Roberto Cerdeira is a Partner at Patria. Mr. Cerdeira is primarily responsible for logistics and transportation in the Infrastructure business unit. He is responsible for new business ventures and initiatives in these sectors and oversees Patria’s Infrastructure Funds portfolio’s companies. Currently, Mr. Cerdeira acts as Board Member for Hidrovias do Brasil, Pare Bem, CBO, Entrevias, EIXO-SP, and CART. Previously, Mr. Cerdeira worked as Investment Officer. Before joining Patria in 2011, Mr. Cerdeira worked in M&A and Private Equity, specializing in logistics, water treatment, energy, and financial services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from PUC-Rio and an MBA from the London Business School.

At Patria Investimentos since 2012, Michell Fontes is Director of the infrastructure area. From 2016 to 2018, Michell Fontes worked at ARGO (Patria’s invested company) as Financial and New Business Manager. In 2022, he was elected a member of the Board of Directors of Hidrovias do Brasil for a 2-year term. Before joining Patria, he worked at A.T. Kearney, a strategic consulting firm. Michell Fontes graduated in Aeronautical Mechanical Engineering at ITA (Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica).

Felipe Moreira Caram Member 04/28/2023 ASM 2025

Felipe Caram is CFO of SEK, cybersecurity company invested in by Pátria, since October 2023, and he acts as Fiscal Counselor at Hidrovias do Brasil S.A. and Board Member of other Pátria-invested companies. From July 2021 to October 2023, he was the Head of Finance for Pátria’s Infrastructure and Private Equity portfolios. With over 20 years of experience, Felipe held CFO positions at Toyota Tsusho Corporation, NovaAgri, and Amyris Brasil between 2009 and 2019. Previously, he worked as Controller at GE from 2006 to 2009 and as Supervisor at PwC. Felipe holds a degree in Accounting from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, and completed a Board Member Training Course at IBGC.

Bruno Augusto Sacchi Zaremba is the Private Equity team’s Chairman and Investor Relations’ Head of Vinci Partners. He is member of the Board of Directors of many companies from Vinci’s portfolio, such as Austral, CBO, Domino’s Pizza, Grupo Cura and Vero Internet. He was member of UBS Pactual Gestora de Investimentos Alternativos team between the years of 2006 and 2009. He worked as an investment manager on the stock exchange of Banco Pactual, where he had been a partner since 2001. At Banco Pactual, he worked at the research group as a Senior Analyst of Banks, Beverages, Wholesale, Food and Tobacco. He holds an Economics degree from PUC-Rio, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certificate and completed the OPM 50 program at Harvard Business School.

José Guilherme Cruz Souza Member 04/28/2023 ASM 2025

Partner of Vinci since its foundation, José Guilherme leads the infrastructure area since 2016, managing more than BRL 3 billion in infrastructure assets. He use to be a partner in the Private Equity area, where he was responsible for investments in segments related to infrastructure and industry. He was responsible for monitoring the investment in Equatorial Energia until 2015 and was Board of Directors’ member of Celpa (Centrais Eletrica do Para) and Cecrisa. He is currently a member of Board of Directors in Grupo CBO, Hydria, LEST and V2i Energia. Before Vinci, he worked for 5 years in Banco Pactual, as co-manager of Brasil Energia Investment Fund (FIP Brasil Energia, fund of BRL 1.2 billion focused on power generation and transmission). Mr. Souza also worked with consultancy for Stern Stewart & Co. and with equity sales and trading at Citigroup Asset Management and Banco Graphus. Mr. Souza is an electrical engineer by the Federal Engineering School of Itajubá (EFEI) and holds an MBA, focused on corporate finance and accounting, from Rochester University (USA), being elected, due to his performance, to be a member of Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.

Gabriel Felzenszwalb Member 04/28/2023 ASM 2025

Co-Head of Vinci Partners’ Private Equity team, Gabriel Felzenszwalb was member of the Board of Directors of many companies from Vinci’s portfolio, such as Burger King, Unidas and Cecrisa and, currently, he is a Board of Directors’ member in Austral, CBO, CVLB, Vero, Agi, Farmax and Víssimo. In 2007, he joined the Private Equity group of UBS Pactual Alternative Investment Manager. From 2008 to 2010, he was assigned to the portfolio company Inbrands, where he worked as CEO and CFO. Previously, he was an analyst in the Venture Capital operation of Banco BBM, business consultant at McKinsey & Co., M&A manager at Vivo and associate at GP Investimentos. He holds a degree in Engineering from UFRJ and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Luciano Coelho Pettersen Member 03/20/2024 ASM 2025

Luciano Coelho Pettersen is an economist, with vast academic background and significant experience in economics, finance and administration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, with specialization in accounting, law and economics, as well as specialization in Asset Management and Oil and Gas. Throughout his professional career, he has worked at Minas Gerais Administração e Serviços S/A and, most recently, at Centrais de Abastecimento de Minas Gerais S/A, where he held the position of Administration and Finance Officer. During his time at Ceasa Minas, he had a crucial role in the organization’s financial management, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards under IFRS. Among his notable achievements is the abstention of opinion elimination from the 2021 Financial Statements and the approval of the Company’s 2022 Financial Statements.

Adriana Waltrick has over 25 years of experience in the Brazilian energy market. She is a certified member of the Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, holds a degree in administration from UNISINOS, completed a Master and MBA at the Faculdade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, an MBA in finance from the University of São Paulo, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She acted as Board Member of CPFL Renováveis, Geração Foz do Chapecó, Energética Barra Grande S.A. (BAESA), and Centrais Elétricas da Paraíba (EPASA). Since 2012, she works as CEO of SPIC Brasil and Pacific Hydro Brasil. She has also worked as M&A Vice President oand Director of Strategy at CPFL Energia – one of Brazil’s largest private energy groups with shares on B3 and NYSE. Adriana has participated in programs such as “Data Science Specialist” at the University of Berkeley, “Program of Negotiation” at Harvard University, “Advanced Mergers & Acquisitions” at the Amsterdam Institute of Finance, and “Creating Shareholder Value” at Northwestern University, Chicago.

Mr. Tinti has extensive experience in operational management, having worked as director for companies such as Tegma Gestão Logística S.A., Elog Logística S/A, Trifil Indústria Textil S/A and Movicarga Logística, and he also worked as manager in the operational and distribution divisions of companies such as Parmalat Brasil S/A, Tigre S/A and Brahma/AmBev/InBev.

Marcelo Jorge Martins Officer 04/26/2024 3 years

Marcelo Martins has 26 years of experience in the area of Offshore Support Vessels activity and shipbuilding, has been director of the CBO Group since 2013 and since 2009 worked as the planning, engineering and supply superintendent of Aliança Shipyard. Previously, in 2005, he worked at the shipyard as Project Manager for a series of 8 vessels, following from the basic project to the delivery of the ships. Since 2002, he worked as CBO‘s technical/commercial advisor, discussing charter contracts, adapting vessels to customer requirements, OSV market analysis and customer relations. He joined CBO in 1996 as an intern and was hired as an engineer in 1997 where he worked in the new construction supervision group, responsible for the basic design, structure, steel fittings and finishing areas. Marcelo holds a degree in Naval Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a Master‘s degree in Naval and Oceanic Engineering from COPPE and an MBA from COPPEAD.

Cesar Almeida holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal Center for Technological Education Celso Suckow da Fonseca/RJ and has over 27 years of experience in the naval segment, the last eighteen in the maritime support activity for the offshore Oil & Gas industry. He was elected as CBO’s Officer in April 2021, having worked as operations superintendent for Grupo CBO since 2019. Coordinator since 2008, he already worked in the management of several types of vessels used in contracts with the main oil companies operating in the Brazilian market since 2010.

Aline currently works at Pátria Investimentos as Head of HR for G&T/Value Creation. She is responsible for the 40 portfolio companies’ Strategic People Management, overseeing more than 60,000 employees, including nearly 300 C-level executives, with an approximate annual payroll of R$4 billion. She has been with Pátria for 3 years. From 2021 to May 2024, she led HR for Private Equity Investments. She also worked for 6 years at Elfa, leading the company’s transformation and maturity process post-Pátria acquisition. She implemented the Management Model, Corporate University, and Zero-Based Budgeting. During this period, she developed the Integration Agenda for Acquisitions (22 acquisitions in this period), a toolkit used by the portfolio. For six consecutive years, she led Elfa to the Great Place to Work (GPTW) award. She worked for over 15 years at AB-InBev as an Executive in People and Management, where she was involved in the development and implementation of the Ambev Management System. There, she experienced and was responsible for several waves of Change Management, starting from the company’s first mergers and acquisitions. She is Green Belt certified and a strong advocate of the mindset “Happiness Brings Results.” She stands out for ensuring that People Processes are aligned with the Organization’s Strategies while maintaining a human perspective and sensitivity to what teams need to be truly engaged with the objectives.

Ms. Camelier is a Princial at Vinci’s Private Equity team. She is an observer at the Board of Directors of both Cura and Vero, holding responsibility for the monitoring of such investments, as well as for the coverage of the healthcare sector. Ms. Camelier first joined as part of the Value Creation team, where she was involved in a number of projects within the portfolio companies, and later transitioned to the investment team. Previously, she worked at Vinci’s Operations team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC-RJ) and is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Specialized in the Infrastructure sector, he worked as executive management and legal director in companies such as Vale, FCA, Oi, Log-In, PetroRio and Grupo CBO (currently). He also participated in sectoral associations such as ANTF, Sinditelebrasil, ABTP, ABRATEC, IBP and ABEAM (currently). Ricardo is also author of the book “Direito dos Transportes Ferroviários”, published by Ed. Lumen Juris.
